With all raw cell systems, you should do a capacity test after you build them. This is very easy to do if you buy a battery monitor shunt (click here). Do a full cycle and ensure that you have full capacity, and you should be set.

I highly recommend buying from a USA owned company versus the cheaper Chinese distributors that may or may not send out nice cells. Check the forum to see what I am talking about. Getting bad cells from Chinese distributors is common.
