EG4 Server Rack Batteries
I have made a lot of videos with these batteries and they work well. The only complaint I have heard on the forum is balancing issues. Be sure to charge them to 100% so that they can balance over time. The advantage to server rack batteries is that you can scale your system easily over time. Buy the largest rack you can fit and build your system slowly when funds permit.
